I’m a Board-Certified Physician Assistant specializing in mental health care.

My approach is holistic and grounded in the biopsychosocial model, meaning I consider the full picture — your emotional and physical health, cultural background, relationships, and environment — when understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms. Mental health is deeply interconnected with the rest of your life, and your care should reflect that.

When we work together, you can expect a thorough, thoughtful assessment in a space where you feel respected and genuinely heard. I prioritize collaboration and never pressure patients into treatment decisions. Whether your care plan includes medication management, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, we will work together to determine what feels aligned and effective for you.

I have experience treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders. I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression and understand how discouraging it can feel when previous treatments haven’t provided relief. My goal is to offer evidence-based options while remaining patient, creative, and collaborative in finding what works for you.

As a Filipino-American provider, I am deeply committed to culturally competent care and to interrupting shame and stigma surrounding mental health — particularly in communities where these conversations may feel uncomfortable or misunderstood. I provide services in both English and Filipino (Tagalog), creating space for patients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural.
