I'm honored to walk with you.

I became a therapist because someone helped me find a way back to myself, and now I am honored to be that support for others.

For much of my adolescence and early adulthood I struggle like many of my clients struggle: with depression, anxiety, and anger. I didn't want to talk about it. I was a afraid of shame, judgement, and being vulnerable enough to ask for help. Therapy felt out of reach—something for other people, not for me. Instead, I coped through self-medication, emotional withdrawal, and angry outbursts that pushed people away.

I told myself I could fix it on my own. But the truth was, I couldn’t.

And that realization—painful as it was—became the turning point in my life.

With the right therapist, compassionate support, and thoughtful medication management, I began to heal. I learned that my pain didn’t make me weak—it made me human. I discovered that therapy wasn’t about being “fixed,” but about being understood, empowered, and equipped to live more fully.

That journey led me here.

Today, I specialize in helping adults and older adults navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions with dignity, autonomy, and hope. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and trauma-informed approaches. My work is strengths-based which means we will work together to explore your resources, support systems, and innate aspects of your personality that can help you thrive. Therapy with me is accessible, and rooted in honoring your story.

If you’re struggling, I want you to know: you’re not alone

Perhaps you have felt the way I used to feel. Maybe you're curious about therapy but unsure how to take the next step. I encourage you to reach out. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about finding the courage to ask the questions. It’s about taking that leap of faith toward a life that feels more connected, more grounded, and more meaningful.

You deserve that life. And I’d be honored to help you build it.
