Our team is highly specialized and carefully focused on comprehensive plans that move beyond symptom management to optimize long-lasting change.
Accessible care is important to us and we dedicate time and effort to credential with most major insurance including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and more. The vast majority of our patients use insurance.
You will meet with your psychiatry or therapy provider for a virtual session via secure portal link. Psychiatry intake sessions typically are longer in length, and most therapy appointments are typically a full hour even after intake. Thorough, well-paced care is something we value. We recommend patients set aside adequate time in their day to attend sessions to ensure they may experience steady support.
Timely care is essential to prevent worsening symptoms. We aim to have all new patients seen within one week and often start care sooner within just a couple of days. Our team conducts appointments Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with select availability at night and on the weekends too.
Yes! Our team is skilled in providing care to adults with multiple diagnoses, chronic conditions, or whose mental health diagnosis is impacted by additional physical illness, life stages, or conditions.
While every plan is different we find many patients can expect a period of regular visits to establish psychiatry and therapy care for several weeks. Psychiatry services include a longer initial appointment with a follow up within couple weeks. Therapy services typical start on a twice weekly or weekly basis and taper in frequency as symptoms improve.
